摘要

心血管疾病(Cardiovascular disease,CVD)是中国人最主要的死亡原因.动脉粥样硬化、心肌细胞凋亡、心肌肥厚和纤维化是CVD主要的病理过程.基因的表观遗传修饰特别是DNA甲基化在CVD中起重要作用.研究表明,TET甲基胞嘧啶双加氧酶2(Ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase 2,TET2)参与基因表观遗传调控,TET2在CVD的发病机制中起重要作用.TET2可以调节心脏发育、改善动脉粥样硬化过程中内皮细胞功能障碍、调节血管平滑肌细胞表型转换、抑制免疫炎症反应和心肌细胞凋亡、心肌肥厚和纤维化.本文就TET2在CVD发病机制中的研究进展进行综述.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the leading cause of death in China.Atherosclerosis,cardiomyocyte apoptosis,myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis are the main pathological processes of CVD.Gene epigenetic modification,especially DNA methylation,plays an important role in CVD.Studies have suggested that TET translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase 2(TET2)is involved in gene epigenetic regulation,and TET2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of CVD.TET2 can regulate heart development,ameliorate endothelial cell dysfunction during atherosclerosis,regulate phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells,and inhibit immune inflammatory response,myocardial apoptosis,myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis.This article reviews the latest research on TET2 in CVD.
