摘要

腰椎间盘突出症是临床的常见疾病,是导致腰腿疼痛的常见原因,其发病机制未完全明确.目前仍没有模拟腰椎间盘退变或突出的理想在体动物模型.本文结合近年来国内外文献,将相关动物模型分类总结,以期提高人们对动物模型的理解和使用,方便后续椎间盘疾病相关研究.腰椎间盘退变与突出动物模型可分为自发腰椎间盘退变模型、椎间盘直接或间接损伤模型和基因修饰动物模型等,各种动物模型具有其特点和局限性,对于如何选择合适的动物尚无一致的结论.文献复习结果表明,由于腰椎间盘突出的病理过程复杂,现有动物模型中只能模拟某些部分致病因素,各种动物模型侧重点不一,椎间盘退变或突出模型特征与临床仍有一定差距,选择动物模型时,需要综合考虑,可以使实验结果更加可信,理想的动物模型仍需要进一步探索.

Abstract

Lumbar disc herniation is common clinically,it is a common cause of low back pain,its pathogenesis is not fully defined.There is still no ideal in vivo animal model that simulates lumbar disc degeneration or herniation.This paper summarizes the classification of relevant animal models by combining domestic and international literature in recent years,with a view to improving the understanding and use of these animal models and facilitating the subsequent research related to intervertebral disc disease.Lumbar disc degeneration and herniation animal models can be divided into spontaneous lumbar disc degeneration models,direct or indirect disc injury models,and genetically modified animal models,etc.Various animal models have their own characteristics and limitations,and there is no unanimous conclusion on how to choose the appropriate animals.Literature review results show that due to the complex pathological process of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the existing animal models can only simulate some part of the pathogenic factors,the focus of various animal models is different.There is still a certain gap between the characteristics of intervertebral disc degeneration or herniation model and the clinical expectation.Comprehensive consideration is important when choosing animal models to make the experimental results more credible.The ideal animal models still need to be further explored.
