摘要

大脑外侧裂(Sylvian fissure,SF)是最早出现于胎儿颅脑外侧表面的具有重要意义的脑沟,也是形态最大、差异最明显的脑沟.50%的外侧裂异常胎儿存在脑皮质发育畸形,给孕妇家庭及社会带来沉重负担.产前尽早筛查出胎儿外侧裂异常意义重大.胎儿颅脑超声是胎儿中枢神经系统(Central nervous system,CNS)筛查的首选影像学检查方法.近年来的研究表明:超声检查技术结合外侧裂分级理论可评估胎儿外侧裂的发育状况,颅脑三维超声成像技术可直观展现外侧裂形态,使产前运用无创安全的超声技术诊断胎儿大脑外侧裂异常成为可能.本文对超声在胎儿大脑外侧裂及其相关疾病的研究进展进行综述.

Abstract

Sylvian fissure(SF)is an important brain groove that first appears on the lateral surface of fetal craniocerebral brain,and it is also the brain groove with the largest shape and the most obvious difference.Fifty percent of fetuses with lateral fissure abnormalities have developmental malformations of the cerebral cortex.It brings heavy burden to pregnant women's families and society.Early and accurate prenatal screening of fetal lateral fissure abnormalities is of great significance.Fetal craniocerebral ultrasound is the preferred imaging method for screening fetal central nervous system(CNS).In recent years,studies have shown that ultrasound technology combined with lateral fissure grading theory can evaluate the development of fetal lateral fissure,and three-dimensional cranial ultrasound imaging technology can visually display the morphology of lateral fissure.It is possible to diagnose fetal fissure lateralis cerebralis by noninvasive and safe ultrasonography in antenatal period.This article reviews the research progress of ultrasound in fetal lateral cerebral fissure and its related diseases.
