影响儿童隐睾术后睾丸发育的因素研究进展

摘要
儿童隐睾是小儿泌尿生殖系统常见的先天性畸形,近年来发病率呈上升趋势,是引起不育、睾丸扭转、睾丸恶变的高危因素,并且可能对患儿身心健康造成影响,因此需积极进行治疗.目前主要采用睾丸下降固定术治疗,且可取得较好的疗效,但仍有部分隐睾患儿术后存在睾丸发育较差的情况,甚至出现睾丸萎缩.本文对影响儿童隐睾术后睾丸发育的相关因素进行综述,以期为小儿隐睾临床规范化诊疗提供一定参考.
Abstract
Cryptorchidism is a prevalent congenital disease in pediatric urogenital system.In recent years,the incidence has shown an upward trend,and it is a high-risk factor for causing infertility,testicular torsion and testicular malignancy.It may also affect the physical and mental health of children.Timely intervebtion and treatment is of vital importance.Currently,the main treatment is orchidopexy,which can achieve good results.But some children still have poor testicular development after surgery,and even with testicular atrophy.This review explores the factors that affect testicular development after surgery in children with cryptorchidism,and provides some reference for clinical standardized diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cryptorchidism.
