摘要
肺癌是一种威胁人类生命的常见肿瘤.肺癌细胞侵袭行为及肿瘤微环境的相互作用增加了肺癌的恶性程度.在临床治疗的过程中,肺癌细胞表现出明显的化疗、放疗耐受性.长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNAs,LncRNAs)是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA,在多种类型的肿瘤中存在异常表达,尤其与肺癌的进展有关.本文主要对调控肺癌增殖与转移、血管生成、免疫逃逸、放化疗耐药等相关的LncRNAs进行综述,文献复习结果表明肺癌增殖、转移、免疫逃逸、治疗抵抗等均受LncRNAs调控,促癌LncRNAs过表达有助于肺癌细胞免疫逃逸,LncRNAs通过影响肺癌细胞对顺铂、吉非替尼和奥希替尼等化疗敏感性,影响肺癌患者预后.
Abstract
Lung cancer is one of the common life-threatening tumors.The continuous invasion of lung cancer cells and the interaction in the tumor microenvironment enhance its malignancy.In the process of clinical treatment,lung cancer cells have shown obvious tolerance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)are a class of RNAs that do not encode proteins,their abnormal expression is related to tumor,especially the progression of lung cancer.This article mainly reviews the LncRNAs related to the proliferation and metastasis,angiogenesis,immune escape,radio-and chemo-therapy resistance of lung cancer.Literature review results show that the proliferation,metastasis,immune escape and treatment resistance of lung cancer are all regulated by LncRNAs,and the overexpression of cancer-promoting LncRNAs contributes to immune escape of lung cancer cells.LncRNAs affect the prognosis of lung cancer patients by affecting the sensitivity of lung cancer cells to chemotherapy such as cisplatin,gefitinib and ocitinib.
