摘要
目的:探讨目标管理在清洗消毒机维护管理中的应用,以提高器械清洗消毒效果.方法:采用回顾性调查,将2022年11月1日—12月30日采用常规管理方法的清洗消毒机维护管理设为常规管理组(60天),2023年3月1日—4月29日采用目标管理方法的清洗消毒机维护管理设为目标管理组(60天).采用χ2检验对实施目标管理前后清洗消毒机正常运行、清洗消毒机出现问题及时发现情况进行分析.结果:目标管理组酶和润滑剂泵上标识合格率(93.3%)、旋转臂上螺丝合格率(80.0%)、旋转臂灵活转动合格率(76.7%)均高于常规管理组(76.7%、33.3%、41.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).目标管理组及时发现和处理酶和润滑剂泵故障合格率(98.3%)、及时发现和处理旋转臂上螺丝缺失合格率(78.3%)、及时发现和处理旋转臂能否正常灵活转动合格率(76.7%)均高于常规管理组(88.3%、31.7%、30.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:消毒供应中心在清洗消毒机的维护中实施目标管理,能有效提高护士的自主、自治和自觉能力;有效提高设备的使用率和完好率,提高器械清洗消毒质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of target-oriented management in the maintenance and management of cleaning and disinfecting machine,in order to improve the cleaning and disinfecting effect of equipment.Methods:Retrospective investigation was carried out,the conventional management group was randomly selected from November 1 to December 30,2022(using the conventional methods),and the target-oriented management group from March 1 to April 29,2023(using the target management method).χ2 test was used to analyse the normal operation of cleaning and maintaining of the equipment,the problems of the machine and the in-time detection of the problems of the machine before and after the target-oriented management was applied.Results:The qualification rate of the enzyme and lubricant pump marking was(93.3%),qualification of screw on rotating arm(80.0%),flexible rotating of the rotating arm(76.7%)in the target-oriented management group was significantly higher than those of the conventional management group(76.7%、33.3%、41.7%).with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The qualification rate of the in-time detection and managements of the problems enzyme and lubricant pump was(98.3%),failure rate of the rotating arm(78.3%),flexible rotating of the rotating arm(76.7%),all higher than those of the conventional group(88.3%、31.7%、30.0%),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of target-oriented management in the maintenance of cleaning and disinfecting machines in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the autonomy and self-consciousness of nurses in the management,effectively improving utilization and integrity of the equipment,and improving the quality of cleaning and disinfecting.
