摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是以运动迟缓、肌强直、静止性震颤和姿势步态异常为特征的神经退行性疾病.近年来,经颅磁刺激(Transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)在PD运动障碍的诊治中取得了一定进展,不仅为PD的临床诊断提供了一种检测方法,且其重复模式即重复经颅磁刺激(Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)对帕金森病的运动症状也显示出积极的治疗前景.本文就rTMS技术在PD运动障碍中的作用原理、分子机制及临床研究现状进行综述.
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by bradykinesia,myotonia,static tremor and abnormal postural gait.In recent years,transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)has made some progress in the diagnosis and treatment of PD dyskinesia.It not only provides a detection method for the clinical diagnosis of PD,but also shows a positive treatment prospect for the motor symptoms of PD because of its repetitive mode,or repetitive tran-scranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS).This paper summarizes the action principle,molecular mechanism and clinical re-search status of repeated rTMS technology in PD dyskinesia.
