Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is the highest incidence of osteoarthritis in clinic.Improper treatment or delay will have the risk of disability.As a new type of stem cell therapy,adipose-derived stromal vascular fraction(SVF)has been widely used in the treatment of KOA in recent years.It has the characteristics of small rejection,high safety and good clinical efficacy.This article reviews the safety of clinical use of SVF,as well as the preparation and extraction methods,transfusion methods,mechanism and efficacy of treatment of KOA,in order to provide reference and ideas for the further promotion and application of SVF in clinical practice.
