Objective:To establish the evaluation index system of teachers'teaching performance preliminarily,and to provide theoretical reference for teaching performance management in local medical schools.Methods:⑴ Literature research method:in the early stage of this study,the relevant index system framework of teacher teaching performance evaluation was preliminarily drawn up through literature analysis;⑵ Delphi method:experts who met the requirements of letter inquiry were selected for consultation,the evaluation indicators were scored and screened,and the teaching performance evaluation index system of local medical schools teachers was established after sorting out;⑶ Analytic hierarchy process:the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight coefficient of each indicator and conduct consistency test.Results:The response rates for the two rounds of Delphi questionnaires were 91.4%and 100.0%,respectively,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.847 and 0.844,respectively.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.178 and 0.227(P<0.001),respectively.Through the analysis of the expert Delphi results,a teacher teaching performance evaluation index system was developed,consisting of 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators.Among the first-level indicators,the weight coefficient for the teaching ability and level indicator was the highest,while the weight coefficient for the teaching quality and outcomes indicator was the lowest,with a consistency ratio(Cr)of 0.081 for the judgment matrix.Among the second-level indicators,the comprehensive weight coefficient for the literacy level indicator was the highest,with a consistency ratio(Cr)ranging from 0.000 to 0.035 for the judgment matrix.Among the third-level indicators,the comprehensive weight coefficient for the examination paper preparation and grading,and teaching and educating indicators was the highest,with a consistency ratio(Cr)ranging from 0.000 to 0.052 for the judgment matrix.The weight distribution for each indicator met statistical logic and consistency requirements(Cr<0.1).Conclusion:The evaluation index system of teachers'teaching performance constructed by Delphi method combined with analytic hierarchy process is scientific and reasonable,which can comprehensively evaluate the teaching performance of teachers of local medical schools.It can provide certain reference for the teaching performance management of local medical schools.
