Objective:To establish a scientific evaluation index system for the practice base of master of public health(MPH)for professional degree,and to provide reference for the standardized construction of practice base of MPH in local medical schools.Methods:Firstly,based on literature review and expert consultation,the evaluation index database of the practice base of MPH was preliminarily developed.Then,two rounds of expert consultation were carried out by Delphi method to determine the evaluation index system,and finally,the order chart method was used to calculate the weight of each index.Results:The positive coefficient and authority coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence consultation were 86.67%and 100.00%respectively,and 0.75 and 0.78 respectively.The coordination coefficients were 0.429 and 0.494(P＜0.001),respectively.The evaluation index system of the practice base of master of public health for professional degree was analyzed and screened based on the results of two rounds of expert correspondence consultation,including 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators.The ranking of the weights of first-level indicators is basic conditions(0.259),teaching organization and management(0.255),teaching effect evaluation(0.245),and talent training(0.241).Conclusion:In the evaluation index system of the practice base of MPH,the experts initiation,authority and coordination were good.The evaluation index system can provide scientific theoretical basis for the evaluation of practice base of MPH.
