摘要

近年来,甲状腺癌的发病率在全球范围内迅速上升.作为临床中最常见的甲状腺癌亚型,甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)占所有甲状腺癌90%以上.PTC的特点为早期即可发生中央区淋巴结转移,且大量研究表明中央区淋巴结转移与复发、预后等密切相关,因此术前超声对甲状腺癌中央区淋巴结转移的风险评估具有重要意义.但超声评估颈中央区淋巴结转移的敏感性较低,极易漏诊.随着人工智能在超声领域的快速发展,诸多学者对于提高颈部中央区淋巴结的诊断效能进行了大量的研究.本文就不同超声检查技术在评估甲状腺癌发生颈中央区淋巴结转移的相关研究进展进行综述.

Abstract

In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer has been rapidly increasing worldwide.As the most common sub-type of thyroid cancer,papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)accounts for more than 90% of all thyroid cancers.PTC is characterized by central lymph node metastasis at early stage,and a large number of studies have shown that central lymph node metastasis is closely related to recurrence and prognosis.Therefore,preoperative ultrasound is of great significance for risk assessment of central lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer.However,the sensitivity of ultrasound in evaluating central cervical lymph node metastasis is low,and it is very easy to miss the diagnosis.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in the field of ultrasound,many scholars have conducted a lot of studies on improving the diagnostic efficacy of central neck lymph nodes.This paper reviews the research progress of different ultrasonography techniques in evaluating the metastasis of central neck lymph nodes in thyroid cancer.
