摘要
乳腺放射状硬化性病变是一种少见的、与术后瘢痕病理类型不同的良性病变,其为放射状瘢痕和复杂硬化性病变的统称.在影像学表现上与浸润性乳腺癌极为相似,至于其具体病因及发病机理,尚未完全明确.对于乳腺放射状硬化性病变,早期诊断至关重要.各种影像学因其独特优势,被广泛应用于乳腺的检测.本文综述近年来乳腺放射状硬化性病变影像检测方法的研究进展,为提高乳腺放射状硬化性病变与浸润性乳腺癌鉴别诊断的敏感性、特异性提供参考.
Abstract
Radial sclerosing lesions are rare benign lesions with different pathological types from postoperative scars.They are generally referred to radial sclerosing and complex sclerosing lesions.The imaging findings are very similar to invasive mammary carcinoma,but the specific etiology and pathogenesis have not been completely clarified.Early diagnosis is very important for radio sclerosis of the breast.All kinds of imaging are widely used in breast detection because of their unique advantages.This review summarizes the recent advances in imaging detection methods of radial sclerosing lesions at home and abroad,and provides reference for improving the sensitivity and specificity of differential diagnosis of radial sclerosing lesions and invasive mammary carcinoma.
