摘要
α-酰氧基酮是医药分子中一类关键的结构单元,其衍生物广泛存在于天然产物和药物中,具有重要的应用价值.同时,α-酰氧基酮化合物作为合成领域的一类关键反应中间体,可以转化成多种类型的官能团.酮的直接α-氧酰基化反应是构建α-酰氧基酮化合物的传统方法,但通常会使用到重金属,不够绿色环保.随着对α-氧酰基化反应的深入研究,逐渐开发了过渡金属催化、无金属合成、光/电辅助合成等反应体系,α-酰氧基酮化合物的合成也取得了积极进展.鉴于α-酰氧基酮化合物的重要用途,本文对近10年来有关α-酰氧基酮化合物的合成策略进行了分析和总结,旨在推动该研究领域的深度发展.
Abstract
α-Acyloxy ketone is one of the structural units in pharmaceutical molecules.Its derivatives are widely found in drugs and natural products with essential application value.Meanwhile,α-acyloxy ketone compounds,as a class of key reaction intermediates in the field of synthesis,can be converted into many types of functional groups.The direct α-oxoacylation reaction of ketones is a traditional method to construct α-acyloxy ketones,but it usually uses heavy metals and is not environmentally friendly.The synthesis of α-acyloxy ketones has made positive progress with the gradual development of technologies such as transition-metal catalysis,metal-free synthesis,as well as photo-or electro-assisted synthesis.Given the importance of α-acyloxy ketones,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reactions used for synthesizing α-acyloxy ketones in the last decade,hoping to promote further development in this research field.
