支持性照护方案在新生儿重症监护室患儿家属中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探究支持性照护方案在新生儿重症监护室(Neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)患儿家属中的应用成效.方法:2022年8月—2023年1月在我院NICU治疗的患儿家属中选取100例,随机将100例编为1～100号,单号为常规组,双号为支持性照护组.每组各50例.常规组采用常规护理管理,支持性照护组施行支持性照护方案,观察2组患儿家属在干预前后的心理状态和疾病不确定感水平.结果:干预后,支持性照护组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety seale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、疾病不确定感量表(Parents'perception of uncertainty scale,PPUS)评分显著低于常规组(P＜0.05),照护能力评分显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).结论:支持性照护方案能够切实优化新生儿重症监护室患儿家属的焦虑心理状况、降低疾病不确定感水平,加快患儿痊愈,缩减住院时长,提升患儿家属的满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of supportive care program in family members of neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)children.Methods:A total of 100 family members of children who were treated in the NICU of our hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into a routine care group and a supportive care group according to the order of admission time(No.1-100),odd number in routine care group,even number in supportive care group,with 50 cases in each group.The psychological status before and after the intervention and disease uncertainty levels of the children's faamily were compared between the two group.Results:In the post-intervention scores,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and parents'perception of uncertainty scale(PPUS)of the supportive care group were significantly lower than those of the general population(P＜0.05).Compared with the scores of the two groups after intervention,the caring ability score of the supportive care group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The supportive care program can effectively optimize the psychological anxiety of the families of the children in the neonatal intensive care unit,reduce the level of disease uncertainty,accelerate the recovery of children,reduce the length of hospitalization,and improve the satisfaction of the families of children.
