摘要
大学生是青年群体中的先进分子,是党和国家事业发展的生力军.奋斗精神作为中华民族的宝贵精神财富,有着丰富的意涵.培育大学生奋斗精神,高校要坚持正确的人才培养方向,从国家、社会和个体3个层面建构目标导向,遵循理论性和实践性相结合、传统性和时代性相结合、主导性和主体性相结合的基本原则,着力加强奋斗精神培育,引导大学生深刻理解奋斗精神的内涵实质,努力成长为堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人,立志为中国特色社会主义事业奋斗终身.
Abstract
College students are advanced members of the youth group and the vital force for the cause of the development of the Party and the Country.The spirit of striving,as a precious spiritual asset of the Chinese nation,has rich connotations.To cultivate the spirit of striving among students,universities should adhere to the correct direction of talent cultivation,construct goal orientation from the national,social,and individual levels,follow the basic principles of combining theory with practice,tradition with modernity,and leadership and subjectivity,focus on strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of striving,guide students to deeply understand the connotation and essence of the spirit of striving,strive to grow into a new generation of people who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation,and aspire to fight for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics for life.
