摘要

目的:验证Footscan平台测压系统静态足底压力测量指标的可靠性,为临床与研究工作提供参考.方法:选择2021年11月在南昌大学附属康复医院实习的38名大学生作为研究对象,由2名治疗师使用Footscan平台测压系统对入选试验对象进行3次测试,治疗师A完成第1次测试X1,间隔1 h治疗师B完成第2次测试Y,24 h后继续由治疗师A完成第3次测试X2.采用组内相关系数(Intraclass correlation efficient,ICC)进行组内信度和组间信度分析.结果:静态足底压力组间信度分别为站立位左上负重ICC为0.813(95%CI:0.641~0.903),左下负重ICC为 0.759(95%CI:0.536~0.875),右上负重ICC为 0.746(95%CI:0.512~0.868),右下负重ICC为 0.773(95%CI:0.564~0.882);静态足底压力组内信度分别为站立位左上负重ICC为0.722(95%CI:0.468~0.855),左下负重ICC为 0.664(95%CI:0.357~0.825),右上负重ICC为 0.665(95%CI:0.358~0.825),右下负重ICC为0.757(95%CI:0.535~0.873).结论:Footscan平台测压系统静态足底压力参数具有中等至良好的可靠性,可以作为临床研究平衡、诊断足底问题的依据.

Abstract

Objective:To verify the reliability of the static plantar pressure measurement index in the Footscan platform pressure measurement system,and to provide reference for clinical and research work.Methods:Thirty-eight college students who interned at The Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Nanchang University during November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Two therapists used the Footscan platform pressure measurement system to conduct three tests on the selected subjects.Therapist A completed the first test X1,and one hour later,therapist B completed the second test Y.After 24 hours,therapist A continued to complete the third test X2.The intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)was used to analyze the intra-group reliability and inter-group reliability.Results:Among them,the inter-group reliability of static plantar pressure is 0.813(95%CI:1.641-0.903)for the upper left,0.759(95%CI:0.536-0.875)for the lower left,0.746(95%CI:0.512-0.868)for the upper right,and 0.773(95%CI:0.564-0.882)for the lower right.The intra-group reliability of static plantar pressure was as follows:the ICC of the upper left weight in the standing position was 0.722(95%CI:0.468-0.855),the ICC of the lower left weight was 0.664(95%CI:0.357-0.825),the ICC of the upper right weight was 0.665(95%CI:0.358-0.825),and the weight bearing ICC of the lower right side was 0.757(95%CI:0.535-0.873).Conclusion:The static plantar pressure parameters of the Footscan platform pressure measuring system have medium to good reliability.Therefore,it can be used as a reliable basis for clinical research balance and diagnosis of plantar problems.
