摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合利多卡因雾化对减轻肺癌患者支气管镜检查导致的气道不良反应的疗效.方法:选取2023年1月—2024年6月收治的临床诊断为肺癌的住院患者60例为研究对象,按照雾化配方不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组患者在围支气管镜检查期给予无缝隙护理,支气管镜检查前予以单独利多卡因雾化;观察组在对照组基础上采用布地奈德联合利多卡因雾化,其余处理与对照组相同.比较2组患者在雾化前和支气管镜检查结束24 h后的咽喉不适评分、声音嘶哑评分、咳嗽评分、血清炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6含量,同时比较患者满意度.结果:2组患者支气管镜检查结束24 h后与雾化前比较,其咽喉不适评分、声音嘶哑评分、咳嗽评分均升高(P<0.05),血清炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6含量升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者支气管镜检查结束24 h后的咽喉不适评分、声音嘶哑评分、咳嗽评分均下降(P<0.05),血清TNF-α和IL-6含量下降(P<0.05),满意度评分明显提高(P<0.05).结论:布地奈德联合利多卡因雾化对减轻肺癌患者支气管镜检查导致的气道不良反应有明显疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined with lidocaine atomization in reducing airway adverse reactions caused by bronchoscopy in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients hospitalized with clinically diagnosed pulmonary malignant tumor from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the different atomization formulas,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given seamless care during the peribronchoscopy period,atomized with lidocaine alone before bronchoscopy.Observation group was atomized with budesonide and lidocaine on the basis of control group.Throat discomfort scores,hoarseness scores,cough scores and the serum levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6 were compared between the two groups before atomization and 24 hours after bronchoscopy,and satisfaction scores 24 hours after bronchoscopy were compared.Results:24 hours after bronchoscopy,the throat discomfort score,hoarse score,cough score(P<0.05),serum inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6 contents were increased in 2 groups compared with those before atomization(P<0.05).Compared with control group,there were no significant differences in throat discomfort score,hoarseness score,cough score,TNF-α and IL-6 contents in observation group before atomization(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,24 hours after bronchoscopy,the throat discomfort score,hoarse score and cough score of the observation group were decreased(P<0.05),and the serum TNF-α and IL-6 contents were decreased(P<0.05).The satisfaction score was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with lidocaine atomization is effective in reducing airway adverse reactions caused by bronchoscopy in patients with lung cancer.
