优质护理在血液透析患者血管通路维护中的促进作用分析

摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在血液透析患者血管通路维护中的作用.方法:收集2020年1月至12月在赣南医科大学第二附属医院接受血液透析的慢性肾脏病5期患者临床资料,将采用常规护理方法的患者设为对照组,采用优质护理方法的患者设为试验组,每组18例.比较2组血管通路不良事件(感染、出血、导管脱落等)发生情况.结果:试验组感染率、出血率、导管脱落率均少于对照组,总体不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:优质护理可显著降低血液透析患者血管通路感染、出血及导管脱落发生率,有助于提高血液透析患者的生活质量并延长生存时间.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of quality nursing in the maintenance of vascular access in patients with hemodialysis.Methods:Clinical data of patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease who received hemodialysis at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January to December 2020 were collected.Patients who received conventional nursing methods were set as the control group,and those who received high-quality nursing methods were set as the experimental group,with 18 cases in each group.The occurrence of vascular access adverse events(infection,bleeding,catheter detachment,etc.)between the two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate,bleeding rate and catheter dislocation rate of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group,and the overall adverse event rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:High-quality care can significantly reduce the incidence of vascular access infection,bleeding and catheter detachment in hemodialysis patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis and extending their life span.
