Application value of plasminogen,interleukin-8 and interleukin-1β detection in clinical diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome in children
Objective:To analyze application value of plasminogen(PLG),interleukin(IL)-8 and IL-1β detection in clinical diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)in children. Methods:A total of 80 children with PNS admitted to Puyang People's Hospital of Henan Province from August 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group, and another 65 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Levels of PLG,IL-8 and IL-1β were compared between the two groups.Diagnostic value of PLG,IL-8 and IL-1β alone and combined detection for PNS were analyzed. Also, the consistency of PLG,IL-8,IL-1β detection and diagnostic criteria were analyzed. Results:The level of PLG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the levels of IL-8 and IL-1β were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 87.50%,83.08%,85.52%,86.41% and 84.38%,respectively,and those of IL-8 detection were 85.00%,76.92%,81.83%,81.92% and 80.65%,respectively.IL-1β detection were 81.25%,75.38%,78.62%,80.24% and 76.56%,respectively.PLG+IL-8+IL-1β combined detection were 93.75%,93.85%,93.79%,94.94% and 92.42%,respectively.The Kappa values of PLG,IL-8,IL-1β for PNS and diagnostic criteria were 0.733,0.642,0.617 and 0.911,respectively,and the diagnostic consistency of the combined detection was the highest.Conclusions:PLG,IL-8 and IL-1β have important reference value in the auxiliary diagnosis of PNS in children, and the parallel detection of the three can improve accuracy of diagnosis, which has high value for the treatment and examination of this disease.
