Research on the Characteristics of EACD Technology in Treating Pharmaceutical Wastewater
This paper describes the discharge process and action mechanism of EACD,and compares the different parameter conditions in the test process.Based on the atomizing corona effect,the influences of various influencing factors on COD removal rate under different conditions were explored.By adjusting test parameters,the atomizing corona effect was improved and the degradation effect of organic pollutants was enhanced.Based on the original test,a series of improvements were made to determine the optimal test parameters of the test device,and the optimal EACD operating conditions were obtained:white steel atomizing electrode + iron dust collector,water flow rate of 40 mL/min,discharge voltage of 12 kV,discharge time of 48 min,COD removal rate of 91.24%.
