Starting from the construction of heterogeneous membranes,this article systematically summarizes the physical and chemical preparation methods and functional modifications of heterogeneous membranes,and outlines the research progress of heterogeneous membranes in energy storage and conversion,sustainable utilization of industrial wastewater,ion gating,and other applications.Summarize the research status,progress,and issues related to the application of heterogeneous membranes in seawater desalination in recent years,with the aim of utilizing the structure and specific properties exhibited by heterogeneous membranes to optimize membrane permeability and selectivity,thereby promoting the industrial application of seawater desalination technology.
