Research on Yangtze River water treatment by applicability operation of coagulation process in Summer
This article took the summer Yangtze River water as the experimental raw water, conducted small-scale and pilot tests on process applicability, and explored the water treatment effects of two different coagulation processes under the current raw water quality conditions. The experimental results showed that both the inclined tube sedimentation process and the pulse clarification process could achieve good coagulation sedimentation effluent effect for the river diversion water, which could reduce the operating load for the subsequent filtration process. The overall turbidity removal effect of the two processes was similar, while the pulse clarification process had better removal effect on organic matter. The inclined tube sedimentation process had stronger adaptability to low turbidity raw water. At the same time, the coagulation effect played an important role in controlling the residual aluminum in the finished water.Controlling the turbidity of the coagulated and precipitated water below 0.5 NTU can effectively control the residual aluminum in the settled water below 0.15 mg/L,ensuring that the residual aluminum in the finished water meets the requirements of national standards.
