Effect of Plant Harvesting on Constructed Wetland System
Wetland plants are an important part of constructed wetland system and play an important role in pollutant removal.Plant harvesting in constructed wetlands can effectively remove nitrogen, phosphorus,COD,TOC and other pollutants absorbed by plants, and prevent plants from wilting into the water and causing secondary pollution of wetland water.Plant harvesting can also promote plant regrowth and enhance the absorption efficiency of pollutants. This paper introduces the effects of plant harvesting on sewage purification, microbial abundance and plant regeneration in constructed wetland system. The self-regulation of the constructed wetland system after the harvest of wetland plants was deeply analyzed, which provided a reference for the research and application of different harvesting strategies to improve the function of the constructed wetland.
