摘要

北海市供水有限责任公司针对银滩回建区爆管频繁,用户投诉增多,近几年漏损率特别高的问题,采取主动压力管理措施,通过安装智能减压阀,分时段分级控压.经过 4 个月的调试运行,最不利点平均压力由 0.31 Mpa下降至 0.23 Mpa,漏损率下降 22.1%,达到降低漏损率和爆管率,并产生良好经济效益的目的.

Abstract

Beihai Water Supply Co.,Ltd.had taken proactive pressure management measures to address the frequent pipe bursts,increased user complaints,and particularly high leakage rates in the Yintan Reconstruction Zone in recent years.By installing intelligent pressure reducing valves and controlling pressure in stages and stages.After 4 months of debugging and operation,the average pressure at the most unfavorable point decreased from 0.31 Mpa to 0.23 Mpa,and the leakage rate decreased by 22.1%,achieving the goal of reducing leakage rate and tube pipe burst rate,and generating good economic benefits.
