不同原水条件下水厂生产运行调整与水质保障

以引江引滦原水为研究对象,对比了引江水、滦河水不同水源条件下水质差异与水厂生产运行调整情况.结果表明,引滦供水期间相较引江水三氯化铁、聚合氯化铝和次氯酸钠药剂单耗分别增长了69.80%、62.60%和34.40%,制水电耗增长了 33.0%.在冬季引滦水处理工艺中增加预臭氧后,聚合氯化铝与次氯酸钠药剂单耗同比分别降低了 53.7%和 33.5%,原水中 2-MIB浓度最高去除率达到56.5%,能更好地保证出厂水水质.
Adjustment of Production and Operation of Water Treatment Plants under Different Raw Water Conditions and Water Quality Assurane
Taking the raw water from the Yangtze River and the Luan River as the research object,compared the water quality differences and production and operation adjustments of water plants under different water source conditions of the Yangtze River and Luan River.The results showed that the unit consumption of ferric chloride,polyaluminum chloride and sodium hypochlorite increased by 69.80%,62.60%and 34.40%,respectively,and the power consumption of water production increased by 33.0%.After adding preozonation treatment technology to the winter Luan River water treatment process,the unit consumption of polyaluminum chloride and sodium hypochlorite decreased by 53.7%and 33.5%respectively,and the maximum removal rate of 2-MIB in raw water reached 56.5%.This adjustment could better guarantee the outlet water quality.
