摘要
通过对南方某地区水厂进行实地调研发现,少数小型水厂由于建设年代较早,运行年限较长,砂滤池存在滤料粒径分布不均、含泥量偏高、滤料损失速度偏快、反冲洗效果欠佳、浊度去除效果欠佳等问题.针对以上问题提出了优化滤料级配、优化反冲洗参数、设备更新等优化对策,为老旧水厂的工艺优化改造提供技术参考.
Abstract
Through the field investigation of the waterworks in a southern region,due to the early construction age and long operating life of the minor waterworks,the sand filter has some problems,such as uneven distribution of filter particle size,high mud content,fast loss rate of filter material,poor backwashing effect and poor turbidity removal effect.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures of optimizing filter material gradation,optimizing backwashing parameters and equipment updating were put forward,which provided technical reference for the process optimization and transformation of the old waterworks.
