排水管网问题对城市内涝风险的影响研究与应对

摘要
随着城市化进程加快,极端降雨事件频次和强度增加,城市雨水排水系统面临更大的压力.然而,城市排水管网存在管道病害、设计标准偏低、排水体制不完善等问题,直接增加了城市内涝风险.本文针对城市排水系统面临的问题,提出了丰富管道检测手段、提升管道智慧化程度、完善管理体系等应对策略,旨在为城市内涝防治提供帮助.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,the frequency and intensity of extreme rainfall events are increasing,putting greater pressure on urban stormwater drainage systems.However,urban drainage networks are facing challenges such as pipe defects,low design standards,and inadequate drainage systems,which directly increase the risk of urban flooding.This paper proposed some strategies to address the challenges,aiming to provide recommendations for urban flood control.
