摘要
介绍了河南某污水处理厂污泥处理系统改造项目的工程设计以及改造实施后的运行情况.本工程通过对原带式浓缩脱水一体机改造的方式,将原污泥脱水系统改造为"重力浓缩+带式浓缩"两级污泥浓缩系统.作为新增板框压滤系统预处理段,既节省了资金,又提高了污泥脱水效率.污泥处理系统改造完成投入运行以来,稳定可靠,脱水污泥含水率低于 60%,处理后的污泥运至当地某制肥企业进行土地利用,实现了污泥的减量化、无害化、资源化处理,可为类似项目提供借鉴.
Abstract
The engineering design of the reconstruction project of sludge treatment system of a sewage treatment plant in Jiaozuo City and the operation status after the reconstruction was introduced.This project passed through the transformation of the original belt-type concentration and dehydration integrated machine,the original sludge dewatering system was transformed into a two-stage sludge concentration system of"gravity thickening+belt concentration".As the pretreatment section of the newly added plate and frame filter press system,it saved investment,and improved sludge dewatering efficiency.Since the renovation of the sludge treatment system was completed and put into operation,the operation has been stable and reliable,and the moisture content of the dewatered sludge is lower than 60%,the treated sludge is transported to a local fertilizer company for land utilization,realize the reduction,harmlessness and resource treatment of sludge.
