摘要

为了解决净水厂滤池滤料老化、过滤性能降低、更换成本较高的问题,设计开发了一套高度集成化的可分层更换滤料的过滤系统,可为净水厂滤池滤料级配更换及滤池运行参数优化提供技术支持.本文简述了过滤系统的工艺流程及系统构成,重点阐述了其系统设计和滤柱单体设计,并介绍了该过滤系统的应用情况,以期为过滤系统的设计及实验人员提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of aged filter media,decreased filtration performance,and high cost of replacing filter media in water purification plants,a filtration system which was highly integrated with layered filter material was designed and developed.The filtration system could provide technical support for the replacement of filter material grading and optimization of filter operation parameters in water purification plants.The process flow chart,system composition,design of filter column monomer and application of filtration system were introduced with the purpose of providing reference for designers and experimental personnel.
