摘要

大型枢纽泵站在智慧运维管理过程中存在诸多问题和盲区,通过BIM技术开发适用于枢纽泵站运维管理的信息化平台.通过对设备设施监控平台进行三维信息化升级,进行生产数据整合,实现三维数字化运行工况分析和监控管理,对设备运行管理进行智能化分析,给出最优运行方案,并通过可视化的方式进行生产数据显示、工艺流程展示.同时对运维人员、设备设施状态进行全方位管控,从而实现枢纽泵站的智慧管理和运维.

Abstract

Many problems and blind spots exist in the intelligent operation and maintenance management process of large hub pumping stations,an information platform suitable for hub pumping station operation and maintenance management was developed through BIM technology.By upgrading the equipment and facility monitoring platform in 3D,production data was integrated to achieve 3D digital operation condition analysis and monitoring management.Intelligent analysis of equipment operation management was carried out to provide the optimal operation plan,and production data and process flow are displayed through visualization.Simultaneously,comprehensively control the status of operation and maintenance personnel,equipment and facilities,in order to achieve intelligent management and operation of hub pumping stations.
