老旧小区二次供水泵房不间断供水改造实例分析

老旧小区由于建设年代久远,原有的供水设施落后、空间有限,停水较为频繁,已不能满足居民供水需求.二次供水泵房不间断供水改造在优化供水管理工作,守护好居民用水"最后一公里",提升服务质量方面具有重要意义.在对 12 处二次供水泵房停水问题进行调研的基础上,从控制柜和机组改造、阀门改造、水箱改造等方面进行分析,并据此提出了一种二次供水泵站不间断供水改造方案.此方案包含全变频多泵联动同步技术,恒压供水控制,备用PID控制、水箱错峰调蓄、加装旁通管暂时脱离水箱供水等多项技术,实现了大幅度降低停水次数,实现供水安全稳定、提升用户满意度的目的.
Case Study of Continuous Water Supply Renovation Project of Secondary Water Supply Pumping House in Old Residential Area
Due to the long construction time,the original water supply facilities are backward,the space is limited,and the water supply is more frequent,which can no longer meet the needs of residents.The continuous water supply transformation of the secondary water supply pump room is of great significance in optimizing water supply management,protecting the"last kilometer"of residents'water use,and improving service quality.Based on the investigation of 12 secondary water supply pumping stations,the paper analyzed the transformation of control cabinet and unit,valve and water tank,and put forward a continuous water supply transformation scheme of secondary water supply pumping stations.This scheme included full frequency multi-pump linkage synchronization technology,constant pressure water supply control,standby PID control,water tank off-peak regulation and storage,and installing bypass pipes to temporarily remove water supply from the water tank,etc.,which greatly reduced the number of water outages,achieved the purpose of water supply safety and stability,and improved user satisfaction.
