山东某净水厂改造工程实践

摘要
净水厂因建造运行时间长、工艺设施设备老化、水质标准提升、原材料成本上升等问题面临提升改造需求.文章分析某净水厂面临的问题及改造原则,介绍工程改造内容,通过对比分析不同消毒工艺的优缺点,结合水厂实际确定了水厂的消毒工艺,同时介绍折板更换、沉淀池防腐等工程.净水厂通过改造提升,设备故障率显著降低,运行安全性、便携性增加,能充分保障区域供水的可靠性和安全性.通过该净水厂改造工程实践介绍,以期为其他水厂提供参考.
Abstract
Water purification plants are facing the need for upgrading due to long construction and operation time,aging process facilities and equipment,improvement of water quality standards,rising raw material costs and other problems.This paper analyzed the problems of the waterworks and the principles of transformation,and then introduced the contents of the project transformation.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different disinfection processes,the disinfection process of the waterworks was determined according to the actual situation of the water plant.Through the renovation and upgrading of the waterworks,the equipment failure rate is significantly reduced,the operation safety and portability are increased,and the reliability and safety of regional water supply are fully guaranteed.This paper introduced the practice of waterworks renovation project in order to provide reference for other water plants.
