Research on Function of Administrative Trial Judicial Suggestions
Under the background of the innovation and development of administrative law,judicial suggestions play an im-portant role in promoting the substantive resolution of administrative disputes.Through the analysis of the specific forms of judicial suggestions in administrative trials,it is found that the parties have different expectations for judicial sugges-tions,and the trend of the expansion of judicial suggestions is obvious.In the appearance of the application of judicial sug-gestions,it reflects the current theoretical and practical troubles of the application of judicial suggestions,that is,the ju-dicial suggestions are overloaded,the effectiveness of the judicial suggestions is not clear,and the administrative counter-part's right relief is insufficient.Therefore,in terms of optimizing the function of judicial suggestions in administrative trials,we can standardize the application of judicial suggestions,increase the scope and content of judicial suggestions,and improve the supervision and response mechanism of judicial suggestions.
