在新一轮科技革命和产业变革不断赋能中国式现代化的历史进程中,人工智能的飞速发展促进了新技术、新业态、新模式的兴起,同时为教育现代化注入新兴活力.而作为新时代中国高等教育的重要组成部分,西部高等院校却在推广引入人工智能类课程中,被动陷入"难追"新一轮科技革命步伐的发展困境.如何突破教学体系建设畸形、配套软硬件设施短缺等既有束缚,以及东西部区域发展失衡、师资用人缺口加剧等现实困境,并借由补充初阶课程、推行技术落地、构建"双师型"师资配置、优化区域资源分配等措施,积极探索"人工智能+"时代人工智能类课程可持续发展的应然范式和使然路径,是当前西部高校走出高等教育振兴新路的关键所在与题中要义.
Logical Path,Development Limit and Breakthrough Approach:Problems and Countermeasures in Introduction of Artificial Intelligence Courses in Western Universities
In the historical process of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the rapid development of artificial intelligence has promoted the rise of new technologies,formats and models,and injec-ted new vitality into the modernization of education.However,as an important part of China's higher education in the new era,western universities are passively trapped in the dilemma of difficulty following the pace of a new round of scien-tific and technological revolution in the promotion and introduction of artificial intelligence courses.How to break through the existing constraints such as the malformation of teaching system construction,the shortage of supporting hardware and software facilities,as well as the practical difficulties such as the imbalance of regional development in the east and west,and the aggravation of the shortage of teachers'employment,and by supplementing the initial courses,implemen-ting the implementation of technology,building"double-qualified"teacher allocation,optimizing regional resource alloca-tion and other measures,actively exploring the paradigm and path of sustainable development of artificial intelligence courses in the era of"artificial intelligence+"is the key point and the crux of the current western universities to find the new road of higher education revitalization.
