In the historical process of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the rapid development of artificial intelligence has promoted the rise of new technologies,formats and models,and injec-ted new vitality into the modernization of education.However,as an important part of China's higher education in the new era,western universities are passively trapped in the dilemma of difficulty following the pace of a new round of scien-tific and technological revolution in the promotion and introduction of artificial intelligence courses.How to break through the existing constraints such as the malformation of teaching system construction,the shortage of supporting hardware and software facilities,as well as the practical difficulties such as the imbalance of regional development in the east and west,and the aggravation of the shortage of teachers'employment,and by supplementing the initial courses,implemen-ting the implementation of technology,building"double-qualified"teacher allocation,optimizing regional resource alloca-tion and other measures,actively exploring the paradigm and path of sustainable development of artificial intelligence courses in the era of"artificial intelligence+"is the key point and the crux of the current western universities to find the new road of higher education revitalization.
