体育锻炼对不同性别大学生抑郁的干预研究

Effect of Physical Exercise on Intervention and Regulation of Depression in College students of Different Genders

为了考察体育锻炼对大学生抑郁的干预作用,采用体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)、情绪调节策略量表和HPQ-9抑郁量表对1 516名大学生进行了调查.研究发现,体育锻炼与大学生抑郁呈显著负相关;认知重评在体育锻炼与大学生抑郁之间起完全中介作用;性别在体育锻炼—认知重评—抑郁这一中介模型中调节了前半段路径.研究结果表明,体育锻炼能够通过认知重评的中介作用,改善大学生抑郁的程度,不同性别的大学生进行体育锻炼,对认知重评的预测也不同.
In order to investigate the relationship between physical exercise and depression,1 516 college students were investigated by using physical activity rating scale-3(Pars-3),e-motion regulation strategy scale and HPQ-9 depression scale.The results showed that:(1)there was a significant negative correlation between physical exercise and depression;(2)cog-nitive reappraisal completely mediated the relationship between physical exercise and depres-sion;(3)gender regulates the first half of the pathway in the mediator model of physical ex-ercise-cognitive reappraisal-depression.The results suggest that physical exercise can improve the degree of depression of college students through the mediating role of cognitive reapprais-al,and the prediction of cognitive reappraisal of college students with different genders is also different.
