Experimental Study on Influencing Factors of Fabricated T-Beam Production Quality Based on Significance Analysis
Based on an engineering prefabricated beam factory,the factors affecting the produc-tion quality of T-beam members were systematically studied.Firstly,based on the optimum mix ratio of the test and extensive review of relevant literature,the influence of steam param-eters such as constant temperature and heating rate and three different casting vibratory processes on the resilience of the measured area of the T-beam after molding was investigated by experimental research and theoretical calculation.Secondly,based on the theory of signifi-cance analysis,the significant factors affecting the production quality of T-beam members are obtained by means of variance analysis.Finally,based on the above research,the steam ma-intenance system and the casting vibration process of the prefabricated T-beam are adjusted.The final results show that the production quality of the prefabricated T-beam has been signif-icantly improved by adopting the adjusted prefabrication scheme.
