武术散打高强度间歇训练对青少年身体素质及心理健康的影响

为了探究武术散打训练对青少年的身体素质与心理健康的影响,选取20名青少年散打运动员进行为期3个月的高强度间歇训练(high-intensity interval training,HIIT).对比实验前后青少年散打运动员的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质、心理韧性以及网络成瘾倾向等指标,结果显示,青少年散打运动员在身体形态、机能和素质方面均有显著提高,心理韧性得到增强,网络成瘾倾向有所降低,心理特质发展积极向上.研究表明,武术散打高强度间歇训练对青少年的身心健康具有促进作用.
Study on Effects of HIIT-based Martial Arts Sanda Training on Physical and Mental Health of Teenagers
In order to explore the effects of wushu Sanda training on teenagers'physical fitness and mental health,20 young Sanda athletes were selected to undergo high intensity interval training(HIIT)for 3 months.Comparing the physical form,physical function,physical fit-ness,mental toughness and Internet addiction tendency of adolescent Sanda athletes before and after the experiment,the results show that the physical form,function and quality of adolescent Sanda athletes are significantly improved,the psychological toughness is enhanced,the Internet addiction tendency is reduced,and the psychological characteristics develop posi-tively.The research shows that wushu Sanda HIIT training plays an important role in promo-ting the physical and mental health of teenagers.
