Effects of eight wheat varieties on the experimental population parameters of wheat aphid (Sitobionaveane Fab.)

在(24±1)℃、相对湿度为(60±10)%、光照时间14 h 的人工气候箱条件下,用8个小麦品种对麦长管蚜进行饲养,组建试验种群生命表,统计存活率、生殖力、净增值率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm )、平均世代周期(T)、种群加倍时间(t)和周限增长率(λ)等种群生命参数。结果表明:供试麦长管蚜在‘H-11’上的发育历期显著高于其他品种;以内禀增长率作为测定抗性指标,8个小麦品种对麦长管蚜的抗性大小依次为‘H-5’>‘H-6’>‘H-10’>‘H-16’>‘H-9’>‘H-4’>‘H-14’>‘H-11’。
The life tables of experimental population were constructed at the constant temperature of (24±1)℃,relative humidity(60±10)%,illumination time of 14 hours.The survival rates,breeding sea-son,fecundity,intrinsic rate of increase(rm ),net reproductive rate(R0 ),finite rate of increase(λ),mean gen-eration time(T)and double population time(t)were estimated under eight wheat treatments.The develop-mental duration of Sitobion aveane of the ‘H-1 1 ’were higher than that of others.The antibiosis levels were ‘H-5’>‘H-6’>‘H-10’>‘H-16’>‘H-9’>‘H-4’>‘H-14’>‘H-11’when using the intrinsic rate of increase (rm )as the index of wheat antibiosis to the aphid.
