摘要
[目的]基于甘肃酒泉市戈壁农业生产区域的风雪荷载及温室生产实际,分析4种典型结构戈壁日光温室的椭圆管屋面骨架结构安全性,并利用几型钢材料对温室骨架结构安全性进行优化.[方法]以当地典型结构日光温室A10(脊高4.9 m跨度10 m)、A12(脊高4.9 m跨度12 m)、B10(脊高5.6 m跨度10 m)、B12(脊高5.6 m跨度12 m)为研究对象,利用结构模拟仿真软件ANSYS对不同天气的荷载作用下日光温室屋面骨架的受力情况进行了模拟计算,定量分析椭圆管屋面骨架的安全性,并根据风雪荷载作用下屋面承载力薄弱部位受力开展拱杆截面优化设计.[结果]以椭圆管(30 mm×80 mm×2.5 mm)为骨架材料的A10、A12、B10型温室结构均符合设计规范,结构安全;B12型日光温室结构在极端雪天、迎风天工况下最大应力值超出设计规范,存在安全隐患.以几型钢(30×80×2 mm)为骨架材料的四种日光温室在极端天气工况下均可满足挠度和设计强度要求,几型钢骨架较椭圆管钢骨架平均可减少用钢量13.7%.[结论]几型钢管件的强度优于椭圆管管件,其挠度和最大应力均较优;在保证温室结构安全的条件下,几型钢截面骨架用钢量小.
Abstract
[Objective]Based on the wind and snow load and greenhouse production in the Gobi agricul-tural production area in Jiuquan City,Gansu Province,the safety of the elliptical tube roof skeleton structure of four typical structures of the Gobi solar greenhouse was analyzed,and the safety of the greenhouse skel-eton structure was optimized by using different steel materials.[Method]The solar greenhouse with typical local structures was A10(ridge height 4.9 m,span 10 m),A12(ridge height 4.9 m,span 12 m),B10(ridge height 5.6 m,span 10 m),B12(ridge height 5.6 m,span 12 m))as the research object,the structural simula-tion software ANSYS was used to simulate the stress of the solar greenhouse roof skeleton under different weather loads,and the safety of the elliptical tube roof skeleton was quantitatively analyzed.The optimal de-sign of the section of the arch bar section is carried out for the weak part of the force.[Result]The A10,A12 and B10 greenhouse structures with elliptical tubes(30 mm×80 mm×2.5 mm)as the skeleton mate-rial all meet the design specifications and are structurally safe.In this case,the maximum stress value ex-ceeds the design specification,and there is a potential safety hazard.The four types of solar greenhouses with multiple steel sections(30 mm×80 mm×2 mm)as the skeleton material can meet the requirements of deflection and design strength under extreme weather conditions,and the average steel consumption can be reduced by 13.7%.[Conclusion]The strength of multi-shaped steel pipe fittings is better than that of ellip-tical pipe fittings,and its deflection and maximum stress are better;under the condition of ensuring the safety of the greenhouse structure,the amount of steel used for the cross-section skeleton of multi-shaped steel is less.
