Design and experiment of a toothed chain residual membrane recycling machine
[Objective]Since the existing residual membrane recycling machine has the problem of auto-matic membrane unloading difficulty and membrane leakage,a toothed chain type residual membrane recy-cling machine has been designed.[Method]The overall design scheme was described,and the key devices included membrane lifting device,conveying device,membrane picking device and membrane unloading de-vice,etc.The main factors affecting the membrane picking rate were analyzed and the parameters were opti-mized.[Result]The order of influence of the test factors on the membrane picking rate is:driven sprocket speed under the membrane picking device>working speed of the machine>penetrating angle of the mem-brane lifting device.The optimal parameter combination of the optimization model is:the driven sprocket speed under the membrane picking device is 197.579 r/min,the working speed of the machine is 7 km/h,and the penetration angle of the membrane lifting device is 41.173°.Under these parameters,the membrane picking rate is 89.0%according to the simulation test results.The experimental results show that the aver-age membrane picking rate reaches 91.4%under the parameters of the driven sprocket speed 200 rpm un-der the membrane picking device,the working speed of the machine is 7 km/h,and the penetration angle of membrane lifting device is 41°.[Conclusion]The field experiment shows that the optimized parameter com-bination is reliable and meets the design requirements of the residual membrane recycling machine,which can provide a reference for the subsequent research of the tooth chain type residual membrane recycling ma-chine.
