宁夏贺兰山东麓新引酿酒葡萄品种光合特性比较

[目的]]对宁夏贺兰山东麓产区种植的酿酒葡萄品种马瑟兰、马尔贝克、小芒森和维欧妮与产区广泛种植的酿酒葡萄品种赤霞珠(CK1)和霞多丽(CK2)光合生理特征进行研究,筛选适宜该地区种植的新品种.[方法]测定不同品种成熟叶片的光响应曲线、CO2响应曲线以及自然条件下的光合日变化特征.[结果]不同品种光合性状存在显著差异,在光响应曲线特征参数中,马瑟兰的最大净光合速率(Pm)、光饱和点(LSP)显著高于其他品种,CK2的光补偿点(CCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)最大且表观量子效率(AQY)低于其他品种.由CO2响应曲线特征参数可知,维欧妮的羧化效率(CE)、最大光合能力(Amax)和光呼吸速率(Rq)均显著高于其他品种,各品种的CO2 饱和点(CSP)变化范围在1 109.98~1 318.83 μmol/(m2·s)之间,CK2的CO2补偿点(CCP)最高,为77.74 μmol/(m2·s),其次为马尔贝克,维欧妮的最低,为60.18 μmol/(m2·s).不同品种的光合日变化中,马瑟兰和马尔贝克的日Pn呈现双峰曲线,并具有明显的"光合午休"现象,其他4个品种的日Pn呈现单峰曲线,其中,维欧妮的净光合速率日均值最大,马尔贝克的最小.[结论]4个新引品种在贺兰山东麓产区的光合适应性均较好,光合能力大小依次是维欧妮>小芒森>CK2>马尔贝克>马瑟兰>CK1.
Comparison of photosynthetic characteristics of newly introduced wine grape varieties at the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia
[Objective]To study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of the wine grape vari-eties Marselan,Malbec,Petit Manseng and Viognier planted in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountain in Ningxia,and the wine grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon(CK1)and Chardonnay(CK2),which are widely planted in the production area,and to screen new varieties suitable for planting in this area.[Method]The photoresponse curve,the CO2 response curve and the characteristics of the diurnal variation of photosynthe-sis of mature leaves of different cultivars were determined.[Result]Among the characteristic parameters of the photoresponse curve,the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pm)and the light saturation point(LSP)of Marselan were significantly higher than those of other varieties,and the photocompensation point(CCP)and the dark respiration rate(Rd)of CK2 were the largest and the apparent quantum efficiency(AQY)was lower than those of other varieties.From the characteristic parameters of the CO2 response curve,it can be seen that the carboxylation efficiency(CE),maximum photosynthetic capacity(Amax)and photorespiration rate(Rq)of Viognier are significantly higher than other varieties,and the CO2 saturation point(CSP)of each variety varies between 1 109.98~1 318.83 μmol/(m2·s),CK2 has the highest CO2 compensation point(CCP)of 77.74 μmol/(m2·s),followed by Malbec,and Viognier is the lowest.It is 60.18 μmol/(m2·s).Among the daily variations of the photosynthetic varieties,the daily Pn of Marselan and Malbec showed a bi-modal curve and an obvious"photosynthetic lunch break"phenomenon,while the daily Pn of the other four varieties showed a unimodal curve,among which the net photosynthetic rate Viognier of had the highest daily mean and that of Malbec the lowest.[Conclusion]The photosynthetic adaptability of the four newly introduced varieties in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountain was good,and the photosynthetic capacity was Viognier>Petit Manseng>CK2>Malbec>Marselan>CK1.
