Effect of a 45%pendimethalin capsule suspension on the soil microbial community
[Objective]To evaluate the safety of 45% pendimethalin capsule suspension on soil micro-bial diversity.[Method]The amplicon sequencing of the soil microbiology has been carried out.[Result]The sequencing results could reflect the microbial diversity of the soil samples. The 45% pendimethalin cap-sule suspension did not have a significant effect on soil microbial diversity based on the stability of the mul-tiple diversity index, observed species,Chao1,Shannon and Simpson(P>0.05).Principal Component Analysis(PCA)also showed that the herbicide did not affect the soil microbial community. The abundance of bacteria in the genus Arthrobacter decreased significantly at the Ulanchap Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences site.At the Inner Mongolia Agricultural University site, the abundance of fungi in the ge-nus Stagonosporopsis decreased significantly, while the abundance of fungi in the genus Fusarium and Trichocladium increased.[Conclusion]45% pendimethalin capsule suspension had no significant effect on the soil microbial community and diversity of the oat field.
