Evaluation of the synergistic effect of two mineral and chemical fungicides mixed on Botrytis cinerea
[Objective]To determine the control effect of the mixture of mineral and chemical pesticides on the lily Botrytis cinerea.[Method]The inhibition synergistic effect,in vitro control effect, indoor pot control effect and duration of the mixture of cuprous oxide,lime-sulphur mixture and three chemical fungi-cides on B.cinerea on lily and their safety to lily were determined by using the colony growth rate method, the cucumber cotyledon method and the spray method.[Result]The mixtures of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP:70% oxazole SP(9∶1)and 29% sulphur mixture AS∶75% chlorothalonil WP(9∶1)had the strongest toxic-ity,EC50 were 99.90 µg/mL and 105.58 µg/mL,and CTC were 130.65 and 122.28,respectively,showing a synergistic effect.Among them, the mixture of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP∶70% hymexazol SP(9∶1)had the best control effect on gray mold of lily, with the protection effect and treatment effect were 87.01% and 81.81%,the results of pot experiment in room showed that the largest control effect was 76.18% on the seventh day, with a persistent effect period of 7 d.[Conclusion]The fungicides selected in the trial was safe for Lanzhou lily in Lanzhou. The control effect of the mixture was higher than that of the single agents of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP∶70% hymexazol SP(9∶1),while the control effect of the mixture of 29% lime-sulphur mixture AS:75% chlorothalonil WP(9∶1)was lower than that of the single agents.
