基于崩塌法的玉米堆积角测定仪设计与试验

[目的]为便于准确测定玉米种子堆积角,设计了1种通过无线遥控器控制的双层堆积角测定仪.[方法]通过无线遥控器控制测定仪活动板的开合,玉米籽粒群自由下落形成堆积角,利用角度尺直接测量实验时的堆积角.[结果]干燥前良玉88品种玉米堆积角要明显大于先玉335、郑单985,干燥后3个玉米品种籽粒堆积角呈减小趋势,可见玉米堆积角随含水率的增加而减小,且不同品种间存在差异.[结论]试验结果验证了设计仪器的可靠性,并揭示了含水率和玉米种子品种对堆积角的影响.
Design and testing of an instrument for determining the angle of maize accumulation based on the collapse method
[Objective]To facilitate the accurate determination of the accumulation angle of maize seeds,a double-layer accumulation angle tester controlled by a wireless remote control has been developed.[Method]The opening and closing of the movable plate of the tester was controlled by a wireless remote control,and the group of maize seeds fell freely to form the stacking angle,and the stacking angle during the experiment was measured directly by using an angle ruler.[Result]Before drying Liangyu 88 varieties of maize stacking angle is significantly larger than the first Yu 335,Zhengdan 985,after drying the three maize varieties of grain stacking angle was a trend of reduction,it can be seen that the maize stacking angle with the increase in moisture content and reduce,and there are differences between different varieties.[Conclusion]The experimental results verified the reliability of the designed apparatus and revealed the ef-fects of water content and maize seed varieties on the stacking angle.
