Design and simulation of lifting hydraulic system of sand-fixing equipment based on AMEsim
[Objective]The study aimed at improving the bearing capacity and reliability of lifting hy-draulic system of sand fixation equipment targeted for hard grass sand barrier based on the high-level re-quirements.[Method]By analyzing the working principle of the lifting hydraulic system,the key hydraulic components were designed and selected through theoretical calculation.The simulation model of the hydrau-lic system was established by simulation analysis with AMEsim software,and the lifting of sand-fixation equipment was tested for comparison and verification.[Result]The test results showed that the maximum pressure of the hydraulic cylinder was 3.17 MPa and the maximum flow rate was 34.90 L/min,the maxi-mum pressure of the hydraulic pump was 17.60 MPa and the maximum flow rate was 72.65 L/min,which were in good agreement with the simulation results and met the expected requirements of the design,and the accuracy of the design was verified.[Conclusion]The simulation analysis provided technical theoretical reference and data analysis basis for the design of lifting hydraulic system of sand-fixation equipment for the hard grass sand barrier,providing guarantee for the practical application of sand fixation equipment.
