Study on the High-quality Development of Farmers'Professional Cooperatives in Gansu Province from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
Accelerating the process of agricultural and Rural Modernization is the essential requirement and the only way to realize Chinese path to modernization.Rural Revitalization is a strategic measure to solve the basic contradiction of imbalanced urban-rural development and insufficient rural development in China at the current stage.Industrial Revitalization is an important foundation and key lever for promoting comprehensive Rural Revitalization.Professional farmers'cooperatives play an important role in promoting agricultural industry development and driving farmers to become prosperous.In recent years,the professional cooperatives of farmers in Gansu Province have developed rapidly and have become the main force of new agricultural management entities in the new stage.However,the problems of small-scale and weak driving force are more prominent.To address of this issue,in combination with the standardized quality improvement action of farmers'cooperatives,it is suggested to effectively promote the high-quality development of farmers'cooperatives by strengthening talent guidance and industrial support,improving the interest linkage mechanism,establishing an industrialized consortium,implementing the'village community integration'model,innovating land circulation methods and other measures.
