摘要
植保社会化服务是现代农业发展的必然趋势和客观要求.为了提升华池县农业植保社会化服务能力,通过对华池县植保社会化服务现状及存在问题的调查分析,提出了今后华池县植保社会化服务的发展对策是:强化宣传引导,提升全社会植保社会化服务意识;强化体系建设,增强农业生产安全保障;强化服务能力建设,提升服务效能;强化部门监管,规范植保社会化服务模式.
Abstract
Socialized plant protection services are an inevitable trend and objective requirement for the development of modern agriculture.To enhance the capacity for agricultural socialized plant protection services in Huachi County,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing issues of socialized plant protection services in Huachi County and proposes future development strategies such as strengthening propaganda and guidance,enhancing the awareness of socialized plant protection services throughout society,strengthening system construction,enhancing the safety guarantee of agricultural production,enhancing service capability construction,improving service efficiency,strengthening departmental supervision,and standardizing the mode of socialized plant protection services.
