Study on the Effective Connection between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization in Gansu Province
Based on the three logical relationships between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,this paper outlines seven historic achievements in poverty alleviation in Gansu and analyzes six main challenges facing the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the region.It suggests policies on integration of these efforts through alignment of policy,planning,and work,as well as deep integration of new urbanization and rural revitalization,effective coordination of farmers'income growth and distribution mechanisms,organic integration of prosperity-inducing industries with rural industry revitalization,ecological industrialization and rural ecological revitalization,and enhancing farmers'self-development capabilities in conjunction with rural talent revitalization.It outlines key pathways to start a new chapter in rural revitalization by breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty,gradually addressing relative poverty,enhancing farmers'intrinsic motivation and self-development capabilities,accelerating rural industrial revitalization,and strengthening rural infrastructure construction.
