摘要
粮食安全既是基本的民生工程,又是国家安全的重要内涵.为充分调动农民种粮积极性,不断提高粮食综合生产力,确保平凉市粮食安全,从深入实施种业振兴、有效提升高标准农田建设、强化农业科技和装备支撑等方面提出了推进平凉市粮食安全的保障措施,并对今后平凉市推进粮食安全工作进行了展望.
Abstract
Food security is not only a fundamental public welfare project but also an essential aspect of national security.To fully mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers for grain cultivation and continuously improve the comprehensive productivity of food,measures have been proposed to ensure food security in Pingliang City.These measures include the vigorous implementation of seed industry revitalization,effective improvement of high-standard farmland construction,and enhancement of agricultural science and technology and equipment support.The paper also provides a prospect for the advancement of food security efforts in Pingliang City.
