Quality Evaluation of Cultivated Lands in Linze County
In order to comprehensively and accurately evaluate the index level of cultivated land quality in Linze County,Gansu Province,and further improve the level of detection and protection management of cultivated land quality,techniques such as hierarchical analysis,spatial analysis,composite indices,and fuzzy mathematics were utilized,leveraging ArcGIS technology,to evaluate the levels of cultivated land quality in Linze County.The evaluation categorized the farmland quality into 6 grades,from first to sixth,with respective proportions of 16.13%,19.39%,54.99%,3.57%,0,and 5.91%,with an average grade of 2.70.Notably,first to third grade lands comprise 90.51%of the farmland,indicating an overall good quality of farmland in Linze County.The average organic matter content in the farmland soil is 18.27 g/kg,primarily ranging between 10.00 to 20.00 g/kg,which is on the lower side,the average total nitrogen content is 0.87 g/kg,mainly concentrated at≤1.00 g/kg and 1.00 to 1.25 g/kg,indicating a lower level,the average available phosphorus content is 25.41 mg/kg,primarily found between 25.00 to 40.00 mg/kg,which is relatively high;and the average content of available potassium is 180.04 mg/kg,mainly concentrated between 150.00 to 200.00 mg/kg,which is considered mid to low level.
